By accessing or using our Website and services, or by placing an order for our products, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thent Coffee Private Limited (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are an Indian company (registered address provided below) offering FSSAI-compliant caffeinated coffee drop candies and related services through this Website. We are committed to complying with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019, along with the rules and regulations made thereunder.

2. Definitions & Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words have these meanings:
“Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” – refers to Thent Coffee Private Limited, an Indian private limited company, and the owner/operator of the Caffeinated brand and this Website.
“Website” – refers to the website caffeinated.co.in and any subdomains or mobile applications that link to these Terms.
“Caffeinated” – refers to our brand of products (caffeinated coffee drop confectioneries) and may be used interchangeably to refer to the Website or services provided by the Company.
“Product(s)” – refers to the caffeinated coffee drop candies (sugar-boiled confectionery made with real coffee) and any other food or beverage items offered for sale on our Website. All products are compliant with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.
“You” / “User” – refers to any person who accesses, browses or uses the Website, whether or not they register an account or make a purchase, including customers.
“Order” – means a request by you to purchase our Product(s) via the Website by completing the order form and payment process.
“Confirmed Order” – means an order that has been placed by the User and acknowledged by us (through an order confirmation email/SMS or on-screen confirmation).
“Cash on Delivery” / “COD” – refers to the payment option wherein you can pay for the Product in cash (or other allowed payment method) at the time the Product is delivered to you.

6. Orders, Payments & Cash on Delivery Terms
