Our Story
Hi, I’m Farad and I’ve always loved coffee that hits, especially the kind that gives you a real rush.
Over the years, I got into long-distance biking. Sometimes it would be 700 to 800 kilometers a day and finding good coffee was almost impossible. Dhabas served weak, watery mixes, and even carrying my own didn’t help because there was never time to stop and brew. So I started doing something unusual: eating coffee. A spoonful, straight. It worked. My riding crew tried it too, and that’s when it clicked! There had to be a way to make good coffee portable. That’s when I called Rushad and we got to work.

When Farad told me about eating coffee on rides, it sounded wild but the idea behind it made sense. Good coffee just wasn’t accessible when you needed it most.
We spent months sourcing beans from estates across India, testing roast levels, blends, and textures to find what held up in drop form. Most of it happened in my kitchen, which became our first coffee lab. Some batches failed, some gave us hope, and slowly we found a recipe that actually tasted like the brews we like and delivered the right caffeine kick.
That’s how Caffeinated came to life. It started with a spoonful on a highway, got built in a kitchen and is still going.
